3.3 One Account Policy

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

5.1 Welcome Bonus

cp888 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.

  • Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
  • Example 2: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

  • Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 in wagers required before withdrawing bonus winnings.
  • Cash funds are always used before bonus funds.
  • If you withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus and any bonus winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

cp888 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. Bonuses may be forfeited and accounts may be closed in the following cases:

  • Claiming bonuses by opening multiple accounts.
  • Attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets.
  • Claiming bonuses through another family member's account.

5.4 Other Promotions

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

  • A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If any bet remains unsettled due to a technical error, cp888 reserves the right to void it.
  • Game results will be determined by cp888's server logs.

For sports betting, all markets and odds are set by cp888. A confirmation number is provided once a bet is successfully placed. If an event is cancelled or postponed, that bet is generally voided and the stake is returned, though exceptions may apply in special circumstances.

Account Closure & Termination

12.2 Closure by cp888

cp888 may suspend or terminate an account without notice for the following reasons:

  • Orders from legal authorities.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, all bonuses and bonus winnings will be forfeited. Decisions regarding cash balances will be made based on the outcome of an investigation.
